海上保険(輸入)

保険期間　

FOB,CFRでの輸入の場合、保険の目的物が輸出地において、本船に積込まれたとき。

本来はTransit Clause (旧倉庫間約款) に基づき、ICC2009  8. 8.1 Subject to Clause 11 below, this insurance attaches from the time the subject-matter insured is first moved in the warehouse or at the place of storage (at the place named in the contract of insurance) for the purpose of the immediate loading into or onto the carrying vehicle or other conveyance for the commencement of transit, continues during the ordinary course of transit and terminates (中略) 　on completion　of unloading from the carrying vehicle が適用される。

しかし、FOB, CFR条件での輸入貨物については、「FOB Attachment Clause」が適用され、輸出者の倉庫出発→甲板までのリスクはカバーしないこととし、危険負担の移転時と保険者の責任の始期を一致させる。

したがって船積完了までは輸出者による保険付保が必要。

コンテナ貨物

Free Carrier Attachment Clauseにより、コンテナが輸出地の運送人に引き渡されその管理下におかれた時点から危険負担が輸入者に移転させる。
